A: All caregivers undergo a screening process, including background checks and face-to-face interviews. All experience, training, past jobs, and references are verified and confirmed by the registry.

A: We offer care services to help you find a caregiver quickly no matter how few hours, how small the frequency, or how urgent the demand is. We're here to help connect you with a caregiver in any situation where your loved one needs an extra helping hand.

A: Payments are setup through a 3rd-party payment processing company by the name of AllyMS who specializes in these types of transactions and takes care of paying the caregivers and the registry. Long Term Care Insurance and Private Pay options are available.
